Tom came to Mt. Bethel Animal Hospital in August, 1998, and is our longest-term employee. He has over 20 years of experience as a veterinary assistant and technician. He is the head surgical nurse here at the clinic. Tom is directly involved in surgical cases, dental procedures, hospital cases, radiology and client education. He has a sincere interest in, and keen understanding of, canine reproduction as a successful breeder of champion and working Labrador Retrievers.
Tom shows his Labradors at conformation shows all over the country and has been fortunate enough to have bred Show Champions and Specialty winners, Obedience and Hunt Test trial titled dogs, therapy dogs and many great hunting companions and family pets. Tom is currently in the process of becoming an AKC licensed judge of Labrador Retrievers and has judged many Sweepstakes entries at Specialty shows across the country.
